 | Scott Price Founder & Managing Director, SRP Consulting Biography
Scott Price, with over 30 years experience in the natural foods business, is passionate about healthy living and turning the world green. Scott began this journey in San Marcos organizing a food buying club in 1978 that grew into Oasis Whole Foods Center, a natural foods store and café. In 1986 Scott continued the journey working for Whole Foods Market in Austin, all of 4 stores at the time. After being a Grocery Team Leader at the original Lamar store, he travelled the country from Berkeley to Boston opening up new stores for Whole Foods Market. In 1994, he become the Grocery Coordinator for the Southwest Region of Whole Foods Market leading the region to fourfold growth over 13 years. In 2009, Scott stepped away from Whole Foods Market to pursue his passion of assisting in the growth of sustainable businesses related to energy, organic food production and healthy living.

 | Mason Arnold Founder & CEO, Greenling Biography
 Mason is an organics pioneer and serial entrepreneur since graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a chemical engineering degree. Mason founded Greenling Organic Delivery to help move local food systems towards sustainability. Together, they've have won 15 different awards for technology, environmental stewardship, business model and community involvement. Arnold sits on the board of the Sustainable Food Center and is active in shaping public policy, having drafted legislation and participated in multiple policy groups.

 | Steve Carlson Biography
Steve Carlson is a seasoned Texas banker with 25 years in the field managing operations from the Panhandle to Southern Louisiana. He uses his broad industry knowledge and expertise in business planning and practices, strategic partnerships, team leadership, project management, financial analysis, and communication to assist non-profit organizations operating in the sphere of social innovation and entrepreneurship. His special interest is in the intersection social innovation, capital, and the development of stronger local food systems and this is reflected in his work on behalf of Dallas Social Venture Partners, the Social Enterprise Alliance of North Texas, Slow Money, Cafe Momentum, Big Bang, and many others in and around social ventures and the local food system in Dallas Fort Worth.
Steve has his bachelor's degree in Finance from the Red McCombs School of Business a the University of Texas, is an alumni of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU, and has attended Executive programs in Leadership at the Darden School (UVA) and in Community and Economic Development at the John F. Kennedy School of Government (Harvard).

 | Scott Collier Founder, Rockroom Ventures Biography
Scott Collier, a venture capital and private equity investor in Texas since 1991, currently provides private equity, financial and corporate development consulting for clients in the technology, food and wine business sectors. He is also managing director of technology venture capital firm Triton Ventures and was vice president of Capital Southwest where he has worked with a diverse range of startups, spin-outs and later-stage portfolio companies. Collier has been an active director on the boards of numerous portfolio companies, and has worked closely with senior management on acquisitions and with raising capital from private and public market sources. Collier has a B.S. in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M University, an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and completed the California Institute of Technology's Engineering Management program.

Randy Jewart founded Austin Green Art (AGA) in 2005, successfully directed over 60 projects and raised over $500,000 to support its unique blend of art and activism. AGA partners with environmental groups like ForestEthics in San Francisco, green-minded companies like Whole Foods Market and Starbucks, and school groups from pre-school through University of Texas and Carnegie Mellon. Randy chooses to be inspired by the work of these groups to address complex environmental and social issues and leads AGA in the making of art that brings this work to the community.

 | Wayne LaChapelle Principal, Transition Development Capital Biography
Wayne LaChapelle is a principal with Transition Development Capital, a company that raises capital for Conscious Capitalism Companies from Conscious Investors. Conscious Capitalism Companies are for profit companies that have a higher purpose than just maximizing profits and investor returns. TDC brings consciousness to both sides of the business equation, the company and the investor.
Mr. LaChapelle has over 40 years of experience nationwide in the financial community in senior capacities. He spent over 25 years in commercial banking, managing loan departments and chairing senior loan committees, specializing in financing growth companies as well as in handling large, complex, workout loans. He served as the CFO/Treasurer of a public company in Houston, raising bank lines from $5 million to $60 million and assisting in the placement of $240 million debt/equity financings. In his own company, he has raised $16 million in capital, providing financial consulting and raising of capital for growth companies on a nationwide basis.
Mr. LaChapelle holds a B. A. degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI and has a Masters in Banking form the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University in East Rutherford, NJ.
